* Travelling north on the A9, take the exit for Kingussie and Kincraig. Follow the B9152 for 6 miles to Kincraig. In Kincraig turn left down the hill, passing under a bridge just past The Ossian B & B/restaurant, then past the Kincraig Stores on the left. Go over the bridge, past the church on the hill on the right to the sailing school half a mile on the right again.
At the top of the hill turn right on to the B970 toward Insh. The property is 3/4 mile from here.
After a long straight look for a white house on the left, then Farr Sawmill (old sawmill properties) on the right. Keep looking right because the property is located through the next opening on the right (a white fence with a sign on the right saying Farr, and 3 dustbins). The sign for ‘Katchana’ is black and on the right too, but leftside of the dirt road.
Follow the dirt road to the fork. Take the left fork up the hill to the end of the road, past the small bungalow on the left. You have arrived. Please call the owner if you have any problems.
* Travelling south, take the B9152 from Aviemore to Kincraig. After approximately 6 miles, follow the directions from Kincraig as above.
Between the months of December and February a 4 x 4 wheel drive or snow chains are a must.
